Thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) is developed on the basis of traditional thermosetting polyimide (PI), which refers to a class of heterocyclic polymers containing imide groups in the main chain of macromolecules, and is one of the organic polymer materials with the best comprehensive performance. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, loss resistance, impact resistance, low density, low noise, long service life and excellent high and low temperature performance (long-term -269℃ ~ 280℃ without deformation); The thermal decomposition temperature is up to 600℃, which is one of the most stable polymers. Has been widely used in aerospace, aviation, space, automotive, microelectronics, nano, liquid crystal, separation membrane, laser, electrical appliances, medical instruments, food processing and many other high-tech fields, known as "problem solver" and "gold plastic".
