polyetherketoneketone (PAEK) Polyetherketoneketone (PAEK O) is a kind of crystallized polymer formed by polyetherketoneketone (ketone) via oxygen bridge (acidone) and acidone (ketone). Many different polymers can be formed according to the acid bond in the molecular chain, the order and proportion of ketone group and benzene ring.

There are mainly polyketoketone (PEEK), polyacid (PEK), polyketoketone (PEKK), polyazoketone (PEEKK) and polyketoketone (PEKEKK) and other varieties.

The molecular structure of polyaryl acid ketone contains rigid benzene ring, so it has excellent high temperature properties, mechanical properties, electrical insulation, radiation resistance and chemical resistance. The acid bond in the molecular structure of polyaryl ketone makes it flexible, so it can be processed by the processing method of thermoplastic engineering plastics. The lower the ratio of acid bond to keto group (E/K), the higher the melting point and glass transition temperature.

Polyarcinone can be used in the manufacture of high impact resistant gears, bearings, electric iron parts, microwave oven turntable transmission parts, automotive gear seals, gear support seats, bushings, powder coatings and ultra-pure medium conveying pipes, aerospace structural materials, etc.
